How do I register for the Course?
Click on the Register button on the top right corner and fill in the registration form according to the type of registration chosen.
What email address should I use to register?
You must use a government issued email address. Personal email addresses will not be approved.
What Account # do I use to register?
Your supervisor is responsible with providing you the account #
What Code do I use to register?
Your supervisor is responsible with providing you the Code.
Can I take the Course without registering?
Yes, courses can be taken by registration or by payment. Once you've successfully submitted payment, you will have an account created automatically and you will receive an email with the login information.
When can I start taking the course?
- For a Registration by Supervisor's Email & Account number - After you will receive admin's approval of your registration and you set your account's password.
- For a Registration by Code - After you set up your account's password.
- Through Payment - If the payment goes through successfully, after you set up your account's password.
How do I Log In into my account?
Click on the Log In button on the top right corner and use the credentials that you created upon registration approval/ payment.
Why didn't I receive the login information?
Once you successfully submit your registration form/payment, you will receive an approval email that contains the next steps for you to log in and start the course.
An approval for Registration by Supervisor's email & Account Number may take up to 24h.
How do I get a copy of my certificate?
Upon completion of the Course, your certificate will be immediately available for download from the site and you will also receive it by email.
How often should I retake the course?
We advise to retake the course every year.
How do I update/reset my password?
From the Log In page, click on the Forgot password link and follow the instruction.
